What you will need:
microwave-safe mugs.
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. milk, coffee, or water {milk not pictured}
stir all the dry ingredients into the mug {flour, brown sugar, salt, & cocoa powder}
stir in the milk & oil until you have a thick paste
microwave on high for 1 minute.

all done..looks burnt, but i promise it isn't :) it will be springy on top, but still gooey in the middle.
yum! you are finished. we decided to include little cups of ice cream with ours! definitely made it better :)
well, there it is! i know it's not the healthiest of things to eat, but it sure is delicious!
