hellooo :) well, it seems as though this has been the longest sunday in my life, but i'm definitely ok with that! the best part about tomorrow is no work for me; but i have class in columbus from 6pm-9pm :/
anyways, today michael and i made venison(deer meat), sliced cooked potatoes with cheese, and green beans for lunch. it was delish! then i finished a paper that is due tonight for one of my grad classes :) and....i bought a new camera tonight! wooo...it is something we have been needing for a while, especially with all the renovation we are doing to our home! {thank you Christmas $$ from my in-laws & bonus $$ from work}
ok...onto the recipe :)
No-Bake Bites
originally, i found this recipe on pinterest. the ingredients call for coconut flakes & ground flaxseed; however, mike & i don't like coconut & i couldn't find ground flaxseed...so i just omitted both of those ingredients :) ...below is what you need:
* 1 cup oatmeal
* 1/2 cup peanut butter
* 1/3 cup honey
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
* 1 tsp. vanilla
mix together the oatmeal, peanut butter, & honey.
next, mix in chocolate chips then add vanilla.
chill for 30 minutes in the fridge
roll into ball shapes & ENJOY!
superrrrr yummy.
